    吉林市龍麒工程造價咨詢有限責任公司，成立于1997年，系經建設部直接批準的甲級資質工程造價咨詢單位，公司為股份制中介機構，具有獨立法人地位，全方位開展工程造價咨詢有償服務。
    本公司曾連續多年被吉林省和吉林市工商管理部門評為“守合同重信用單位”。多次與國際國內著名公司合作，在國內外擁有良好業績。本公司擁有一套規范適用的國際工程造價運行體系和管理理念，具有一批多年從事工程造價工作的專家和現代復合型人才隊伍，匯集現代設備和先進軟件于一體,為不同行業的40余家大型企業210多億元的工程項目投資，提供了滿意服務。公司現有員工40名，其中國家注冊的造價工程師12名、高級工程師和高級經濟師15名、工程師18名，公司全員均具有建設行業頒發的資格證書。
    本公司在石油、化工、冶金、水電、市政工程、工業與民用建筑、工業與生活污水處理等各領域，全方位開展工程造價咨詢業務。主要承接建設項目建議書與可行性研究、投資估算的編制審核、項目經濟評價；工程概算、預算、結算與竣工決算；工程招標標底、投標報價的編制和審核；提供建設項目各階段工程造價監控以及工程項目的索賠業務；接受司法機關與仲裁機構委托對工程經濟糾紛進行鑒定；工程造價的全過程全方位咨詢服務。
